Hurlburt Field Greywater Reuse Distribution System

R2T was subcontracted to construct the water reuse distribution main, transfer pump station, high service pump station, and upgrades to the electrical and control systems for the Hurlburt Field WWTP. The new distribution system would stop the constant discharge of WWTP effluent into the adjacent wetlands and would redirect the flow to the base for reclaimed usage.

PGA Wastewater Treatment Plant Blower Building, NRCY Pump Station, and Misc. Electrical Improvements

R2T provided the construction of a new blower building, Nitrified Recycle Pump Station (NRCY), and multiple electrical upgrades to the existing 12 MGD PGA Wastewater Treatment Plant. R2T constructed a new 2500 sq. ft blower building, provided and installed 6 new blowers, constructed new above-ground blower discharge yard piping, demolished and installed a new NRCY Pump Station, and performed electrical upgrades as well as pond and basin sludge and grit removal.

Green Cove Pump Stations Nos. 2 & 4

This project consisted of the rehabilitation of two existing submersible pump stations. Pump Station No. 2 was a triplex rehab, and Pump Station No. 4 was an existing duplex station that was converted to a triplex station with complete removal and replacement of all mechanical and electrical components at each station. R2T installed a 24-hr per day bypass system at each site, demolished and removed existing pumping and piping equipment, installed a new liner in two 30-ft deep wet wells, installed three submersible pumps and associated piping and valves at each station, new generators, new jockey/portable pumps, odor control system […]

Noonday Water Reclamation Facility Chemical Feed Improvements

The Noonday Water Reclamation project called for the replacement of six bulk storage tanks and an elevated walkway, the addition of seven chemical metering pump skids, and an addition of 4,000 linear ft. of chemical feed piping. All new piping, coatings, electrical, instrumentation and controls were placed inside the chemical building. R2T was responsible for the installment of feed equipment which included peristaltic hose pumps, pump control panels, chemical piping, electrical conduit and wiring, appurtenances, the removal and replacement of existing safety eyewash/shower stations, erosion and sediment control, site cleanup, and all other activities required to complete the project.
